Facilities and Equipment
Your exam will be completed with the latest in optometric technology. Our office features a new Optos retinal camera that allows our doctors to monitor and treat retinal diseases with ultra-widefield retinal images of unrivaled clarity. Optomap shows up to 82% (200°) of the retina in a single-capture and is helpful for finding, documenting, and managing retinal diseases. With this technology we have the ability to take a photo of the back of your eye and show you what we are seeing. When necessary, we can also send this information to your primary care doctor. Our office also features a visual field system that helps us to monitor changes in your peripheral vision and other issues that may develop behind the eye. Additionally, we use technology called Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) that allows our doctors to scan the retina and optic nerve to better monitor and treat conditions such as Diabetic Retinopathy, Age-Related Macular Degeneration, Glaucoma, and other macular and optic nerve abnormalities.

We can prescribe lenses that are specifically made to help reduce eyestrain and fatigue on the computer. If you have experienced these symptoms, you may have Computer Vision Syndrome. Prescriptive lenses can help make your work on the computer more comfortable.
